As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these Terms and Conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with. These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of services by you (the Customer or you). We are ARC RB LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16159621, with a registered office at Balance Med Spa, Vacant Bank, Broad Street, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, CF62 7AU, and email address info@balance-wellbeing.co.uk (the Supplier or us or we).

By booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Interpretation

  1. Consumer means an individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
  2. Contract means the legally binding agreement between you and us for the supply of services.
  3. Treatment Location means the Supplier’s premises or other location where the services are provided.
  4. Order means the Customer’s booking of services from the Supplier.
  5. Services means the skincare treatments, therapies, and other wellness services provided by us as set out in the Order.

Services

The description of our services is set out on our website, brochures, or advertisements. Any descriptions are for illustrative purposes only, and treatments may vary slightly based on individual needs.

We can make changes to the services where necessary to comply with applicable laws or health and safety requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes.

All services are subject to availability.

Customer Responsibilities

You must:

  • Provide accurate information regarding any medical conditions or allergies that may affect the service.
  • Follow any pre-treatment or post-treatment instructions given by us.
  • Arrive on time for appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation at our discretion.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in us suspending or terminating services.

Basis of Sale

  1. The price for services is as set out on our website or as otherwise agreed.
  2. Full payment must be made at the time of your appointment unless otherwise stated.
  3. Payments can be made via cash, debit/credit card, or other accepted payment methods.
  4. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Bookings, Fees & Payment

Cancellations & Refunds

  1. We require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling for The Skin Lab and 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling for Balance
  2. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice/24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  3. Refunds are only available in cases where we are unable to provide the agreed service.
  4. No refunds will be given for missed appointments.

Liability & Disclaimer

  1. We will perform all services with reasonable skill and care.
  2. We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undeclared medical conditions, allergies, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
  3. We do not exclude liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.

Privacy

Governing Law & Disputes
